This role also operates as a liaison to cross-function business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, plan and implement change communication throughout the transformation projects. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with APHRLT (cluster, or country HRD) to identify HR opportunities for improvement in each country or in the region.  

• Set up project objectives, create project charter, identify team members, manage project milestone.

• Serve as APAC HR contact for global projects, make sure the implementation in APAC achieve the set expectation and goal.

• Initial projects would be HR operation, data analytics focused, will expand to organization design and optimization in year 2 or later

• Work at regional level, willing to explore career opportunities in other area

Qualifications

• About 5 years HR experiences is required

• MBA or IT major is preferred

• Project management skills trained

• Consulting Background would be a plus

• English proficiency is required.  

• Proactive communication style, willing to communicate with others

• Excellence project management skills, PPT skills and other MS skills

• Greenbelt certificate is a plus
