POSITIONSUMMARY（職位概述）
Manage distributors’annual sales target setting, monthly order submission, and timely cash payment.
Forecast the producttype and quantity of distributors’ orders at the beginning of each month, andwork with supply chain team to guarantee supplies.
Oversee the accuracyand timeliness of distributors’ sales data entry into salesforce.com.
Collaborate with salesteam to encourage and monitor distributors’ efforts at the hospital level.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)）
Channel sales management
Completedistributors’ orders.
Cooperatewith RSM/DSM to analyze regional sales and provide advice.
Distributor management
Supervisedistributors’ sales and storagedata.
Helpdistributors to build reasonable warehouse stock.
Educateand supervise distributors to comply with BD policies.
Partnerwith supply chain team to guarantee timely and adequate product supply.
Marketing developing and Strategyprogram promotion
Developplans for distributors to support hospital listing and Marketing developing
Measureand grade distributors’contributions at Strategy program implementation
Strictlyobserve the provisions of laws and regulatory compliance, and follow BD’s Code of Conduct.
Cooperationwith DM and sales team to guarantee the tender success
SKILLSANDABILITIES（技能）
With sales skills,medical background.
Possessing logicalthinking and analytical thinking.
Good communicationskills and negotiation skills.
Strong sense ofresponsibility and hard working.
DESIRABLE（優(yōu)先條件）
Bachelordegree or above in related field.
Over5 years’ work experience in relevant industry.
Over1 year’s team management experience.
