職位描述

    KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES:    

·          Work with Commercial team to Track the leasing project by providing data sources and analysis.

通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)匯總和分析，為商務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行租賃項(xiàng)目跟進(jìn)提供支持，并跟催租金和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)結(jié)算

·          Responsible for delivering  the commercial  data integration  and PPT report periodically, perfect the report and tracking template as well  as ensure timely delivery and get back in commercial process.

負(fù)責(zé)商務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的定期整合及簡(jiǎn)報(bào)制作，保證報(bào)告的及時(shí)遞交及優(yōu)化流程以協(xié)助商務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)銷商管理工作。

·          Responsible for integrating  documents  and material  to provide assistance for commercial team

通過(guò)文檔和資料整合匯總協(xié)助商務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)

·          According to the requirement  to support  commercial  projects and  commercial meeting 

按照商務(wù)部門要求參與項(xiàng)目工作和會(huì)議支持

1.      High work standard and quality, reliable, responsive, attentive to  detail;

2.      Prefer with experience in commercial administration in  pharmaceutical or medical device company

3.      Strong problem solving skills  and good communication skill;

4.      Excellent computer skills (Office Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

5.      Prefer with Fluent English in reading and writing

DESIRABLE:

   
• Bachelor degree       or above in finance, logistic or related field.
   
• Relevant       experience in sales/services.

• Business trip       when work need.
