POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
- Be responsible for automation assembly process daily management which focus on each zone waste rate analysis, and set priority with Paratoo analysis. Issue improvement plan and lead the team to implement that. 負(fù)責(zé)自動(dòng)裝配過(guò)程日常管理工作，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注每個(gè)工作區(qū)的廢品率分析，應(yīng)用柏拉圖分析設(shè)定優(yōu)先等級(jí)。提出改進(jìn)計(jì)劃和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成項(xiàng)目。
- Monitor process quality issue once received customer complaint, or internal quality issue from QA, will lead the team to do investigation, root cause analysis, figure out action plan and follow up until closed. 監(jiān)控過(guò)程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，一旦收到客戶投訴，或者來(lái)自QA的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題檢測(cè)報(bào)告，將負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行調(diào)查，原因分析以及尋找糾正措施計(jì)劃，并跟蹤直到完成。
- Have capability on preparing related validation plan and project (for equipment / product), and be indecently complete the validation report 準(zhǔn)備有關(guān)項(xiàng)目（設(shè)備/產(chǎn)品）的驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃，并能夠獨(dú)立完成驗(yàn)證報(bào)告；
- Have capability on communication in English, be capable to communicate with oversea engineer on the project. 具備良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力，能夠就該項(xiàng)目與國(guó)外工程師進(jìn)行溝通交流；
- Have capability on writing related document (including drawing, product specification, raw material specification, process map and process risk management and audit) 具備獨(dú)立編寫(xiě)相關(guān)文件的能力（包括圖紙、產(chǎn)品規(guī)范、原材料規(guī)范、工藝流程圖及過(guò)程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理編制/審核）；
- Have capability to train technicians and guide how to work 具備對(duì)技工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)并指導(dǎo)其工作的能力。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)）
- Be responsible for automation assembly lines process management. 負(fù)責(zé)自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)裝配線工藝管理
- Be responsible for automation process enhancement such as OEE performance continue improvement 負(fù)責(zé)自動(dòng)裝配工藝改進(jìn)，如OEE的持續(xù)改進(jìn)
- Be participate to attend automation project buy off and support process validation as a key team member 作為一個(gè)關(guān)鍵團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，參與自動(dòng)線項(xiàng)目的引進(jìn)和支持工藝工程的驗(yàn)證
- Work with Project leader/engineer to develop automation process SOP which include operator SOP, maintenance SOP and Preventive Maintenance Plan Per ISO 9001/13485 requirement 按照ISO 9001/13485要求，與項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人或者工程師一起，開(kāi)發(fā)自動(dòng)裝配工藝的SOP，其中包括操作工SOP，保養(yǎng)SOP以及保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃
- Provide technical training to technicians and operators when requirement is necessary 如果需要，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)技工以及操作工提高不同層面的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)
- Continue improve and sustain overall performance of automation assembly line 持續(xù)改進(jìn)和維持自動(dòng)裝配生產(chǎn)線的業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)
- Work with QA engineer and continue improvement on product quality 與QA工程師一起，持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量
- Be responsible for productivity improvement including budget management, continuous improvement and enhance automation team capability. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)力的改善，其中包括預(yù)算管理，CI改進(jìn)和提升自動(dòng)裝配生產(chǎn)線團(tuán)隊(duì)的能力。
SKILLSANDABILITIES（技能）
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanics and electronics on industrial engineering, Master is preferred. 機(jī)電或者工業(yè)工程專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷，擁有碩士學(xué)位則更好
- 5~8 years experience in automation manufacturing or automation assembly lines. 5至8年在自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)或者自動(dòng)裝配線的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Preference: technical-oriented & experienced professional, be familiar with automation machine is a MUST. 期望：以技術(shù)以及專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為導(dǎo)向，熟悉自動(dòng)化設(shè)備
- Solid automation operating experience in Medical Device manufacturing process would be an advantage 具備在醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)工藝方面自動(dòng)化運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者作為優(yōu)先考慮
- Validation experience on automation assembly line would be preferred 具備有自動(dòng)化裝配線驗(yàn)證經(jīng)驗(yàn)者則優(yōu)先考慮
- Good project management, teamwork and communication skill 良好的項(xiàng)目管理能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和溝通技巧等能力
- Lean manufacturing and six sigma background is preferred. 具備精益生產(chǎn)和6西格瑪背景為優(yōu)先考慮
- Fluent English in oral and written 具備流利的英文口頭和書(shū)面交流的能力
