Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Manage various business services in overall to fulfill the organization’s current and future
employee business service needs in effective, reliable, and cost-saving approaches. These
activities should include and not limited to: catering service, company transportation services,
reception service, office supplies & equipment; canteen management, mail room service, meeting
support, cleaning and employee convenience services etc.) 全面監(jiān)督與管理公司員工服務(wù)相關(guān)活
動，確保有效、可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)地滿足公司目前與未來需求。（包括但不限于：前臺服務(wù)、辦公用品及
辦公設(shè)備設(shè)施管理、餐廳管理，郵寄管理、會務(wù)支持、保潔、員工便利等。）
2. Proactively and innovatively working with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and
implement for enhance employee satisfaction, create a great workplace for employee. 主動并積
極關(guān)注內(nèi)外客戶，識別需求并通過創(chuàng)新服務(wù)以提高員工滿意度， 提供一個卓越的工作場所。
3. Planning for the business services related budget in accordance with the company’s guideline, and be responsible to monitor the implementation status from time to time. 制定符合既定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的
預(yù)算，監(jiān)督管理綜合業(yè)務(wù)部門相關(guān)費(fèi)用的合理使用。
4. To manage effectively, measure and evaluate the services provider’s performance, compliance
and satisfaction level, and also to facilitate the continuous improvement/upgrade of
services/process/facilities so as to support the business activities in a sustainable approach. 有效
評估和管理供應(yīng)商的服務(wù)質(zhì)量, 有效評估辦公室設(shè)備設(shè)施的使用情況，推進(jìn)服務(wù)及設(shè)備設(shè)施、服務(wù)
流程的更新升級， 為公司業(yè)務(wù)活動提供持續(xù)性的支持。
5. Ensure that all approaches taken on services activities safety, health and environmental
protection are in accordance with current and future development and is based on corporate and
local SHE requirement and practices. 根據(jù)總部SHE的要求和本地情況，使辦公室的安全、健康和
環(huán)境保護(hù)措施符合總部目前和未來發(fā)展的方針政策。
6. Planning for workspace optimization according to the company business growth as well as the
headcount increase. Facilitate the implementation of agile workplace strategy in all offices to
engage our employees and in the meantime to meet the fast growth of the business. 根據(jù)公司業(yè)
務(wù)發(fā)展和人員增長情況， 籌劃工作空間的優(yōu)化利用，在公司各地辦公室積極推行靈活工作空間策
略以滿足公司業(yè)務(wù)快速成長及員工敬業(yè)需求。
7. Following site GO-LEAN principal and implement workspace 5S management and eliminate
waste and loss. 根據(jù)公司精益原則執(zhí)行辦公環(huán)境5S管理，消除浪費(fèi)和減少損失。
8. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that services policies, program, and
activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs. 聯(lián)絡(luò)與協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)職能部門，
確保辦公室管理政策、項(xiàng)目、活動符合目前、未來的業(yè)務(wù)需求。
9. Support employee’s events according to events’ organizer, and make sure that all
program/activities are aligned with company’s strategy. 根據(jù)員工活動組織者或者負(fù)責(zé)人的要求提
供合理支持，確保所有活動方案與公司目前和未來發(fā) 展的方針保持一致。
10. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of paraprofessional staff to ensure that services
activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established
budgets. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，指導(dǎo)評估和發(fā)展專家團(tuán)隊，確保及時提供服務(wù)支持。
11. Other business services related tasks or projects assigned by manager
完成上級指派的其他項(xiàng)目。
Specific Knowledge Skills :
1. Ability to operate a computer and
use database, word processing,
spreadsheet, graphing，
PowerPoint and other software as
specific to the company. 能熟練應(yīng)

件。
2. Exercises good verbal and written
communication skills良好的書面和
