Major Accountabilities
? Lead CRM project in clarification of requirements as a follow up of the functional workshop
? Facilitate project status & steering committee meetings
? Coordinate and organize with Key Users on their schedule for project
? Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) Business Scenarios
? Organize and Participate in Key User Training
? Maintain CRM system, including CRM / Digital Marketing / BI system / All other SF related system
? Support daily job and business analysis requirement
? Act as business partner to the business and periodically deliver regular reports through IT so-lution and tools.
? To gather feedback from business users on their requirements for CRM systems from time to time.
Background
Education : Bachelor degree,Major in Statistics/Mathematics/Information Technology is preferred
Languages:Good written/spoken English and Mandarin required
Experience:
? 3 years or above experience in sales force automation area or boarder SFE area preferred
? Pharma MNC China experience preferred
? Project lead experience is preferred
? With QlikView Or Tablueau experiences is a must
Competency：
? Be proactive, self-motivated, good teamwork spirit
? Proficient in Excel and other MS Office skill
? Good problem-solving skill
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various business unit
? Ability to work under pressure
