崗位職責：
1、負責現(xiàn)金的報銷及款項的收付，每月底做好現(xiàn)金盤點。負責處理銀行收付款業(yè)務，月底與銀行對賬，并編制余額調(diào)節(jié)表。保證帳實相符；
2、負責登記現(xiàn)金及銀行日記賬。每月底完成日記賬和總帳的核對，確保帳帳相符；
3、負責公司員工報銷單據(jù)的初審及相關(guān)憑證的編制。負責收付款業(yè)務過程中相關(guān)單據(jù)的初步檢查與核對。負責收付款記賬憑證的編制；
4、參與費用管理和資金收支流程的規(guī)范，負責應收帳款的帳齡分析和余額監(jiān)控。負責資金、銷售、費用相關(guān)管理報表的編制；
5、負責每月增值稅發(fā)票的認證及抄報稅業(yè)務。開具公司產(chǎn)品及服務發(fā)票；
6、協(xié)調(diào)管理財務會計檔案，按時打印并裝訂會計憑證、會計賬簿、稅務申報表及其他會計檔案；
7、完成上級領(lǐng)導臨時交辦的任務。
任職要求：
1、全日制大學財經(jīng)專業(yè)應屆生或從事出納、會計崗位一年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2、專業(yè)知識扎實，熟悉金蝶、用友等財務軟件，熟練應用MS office系列軟件；
3、為人誠懇老實，責任心強，善于溝通。
