崗位職責：
Equipment management 設(shè)備管理
1.Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment by applying DaMaWay (including LEAN principles etc).
維護并實施最好、最可靠、最簡單的工作流程；應(yīng)用DaMaWay(包括精益原理等)，在安全、質(zhì)量、成本、交付、激勵和環(huán)境方面,發(fā)起、參與并推動持續(xù)改進活動。
2. Cooperate with other dept., arrange, direct and supervise daily maintenance of machine system to ensure operation well as GMP required and make records of daily maintenance reports. LOTO implementation rate 100% and JSA cover rate 100%.
與公司其他部門配合，安排、指導和監(jiān)督實施設(shè)備日常維修保養(yǎng)工作.確保系統(tǒng)安全生產(chǎn)并符合GMP等相關(guān)規(guī)范，做好日常維修報告。負責JSA/LOTO的執(zhí)行率和覆蓋率達100%。
3. Assist supervisor to make SOP of equipment, adjust SOP in time if needed.
配合設(shè)備主管編制設(shè)備的SOP文件，并根據(jù)需要及時對SOP進行修改。
4.Responsible for the related equipment spare parts management
負責所屬設(shè)備的備品備件管理。
5. Install &commission machine and facilities and improve them & design some special parts for its performance.
負責設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試與設(shè)備性能的改進及設(shè)計工作。
6. Collect information for all system and machine, confirm the integrity of information and file up in time.
收集設(shè)備資料，確認設(shè)備資料的完整并及時歸檔。
Equipment performance 設(shè)備績效的保證與改善
1. Composing corrective and preventive methods according to the gaps and interrelated complaints caused by the machines, analyze the cause of machine and facilities failure, summarize problems & improve them& improve OE.
負責對生產(chǎn)中因設(shè)備所造成的偏差及設(shè)備相關(guān)的投訴問題，制定有效的糾正和預(yù)防措施，負責進行設(shè)備故障的原因分析，并總結(jié)與持續(xù)改善生產(chǎn)線效率OE。
2. Participate into production and quality management activities and coordinating meeting, carry out necessary maintenance activities effectively and ensure proper monitoring.
參與生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量相關(guān)的管理活動和協(xié)調(diào)會議，根據(jù)需求高效落實維修、維護活動并確保有效監(jiān)控。
Talent and team development 人員發(fā)展與團隊建設(shè)
1. Make work summary every month and plans of the following month.
每月進行工作總結(jié)和下月計劃。
2. Training the maintenance operators of TS, enhancing their skills and safety consciousness.
對部門維修人員進行必要的培訓，提高維修人員的工作技能及安全維修的意識。
3. Direct daily maintainer work.
負責維修工日常工作的指導。
4. Keep good relation ship with supplier, gain continuously support from suppler, share information and coach relevant people, develop self-supporting and improve whole team’s skill
與供應(yīng)商保持密切聯(lián)系，不斷從供應(yīng)商處獲得技術(shù)支持，共享信息或培訓相關(guān)人員，不斷提高團隊業(yè)務(wù)水平。
5. Keep closely communication inside and outside department to development team work.
保持部門內(nèi)外的良好溝通，建立良好的團隊合作。
Project support 項目支持
1.Keep closely communication with PD, QA, and Production people; be familiar with the demands of equipment from process, quality, operation and GMP, ISO as well as group requirement; pay attention to relevant equipment market information。
與研發(fā)、質(zhì)量控制、生產(chǎn)工藝及操作人員保持密切溝通，熟悉工藝、質(zhì)量、操作以及GMP、ISO和集團內(nèi)部對設(shè)備設(shè)施方面的需和要求；關(guān)注、調(diào)研相關(guān)設(shè)備、機械行業(yè)方面的信息，掌握相應(yīng)的行情。
2. To be involved into projects, make proposal/scenarios on technical specification, value analyses, DQ, type selecting and parameters of new equipment which new products and new process needed.
參與相關(guān)的項目，對新產(chǎn)品、新工藝或其它需求的新設(shè)備的技術(shù)標準、價值分析、設(shè)計、選型、技術(shù)規(guī)格提供方案。
3. Carrying out systemic validations for key machines according to validation plan.
根據(jù)驗證計劃對主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進行系統(tǒng)的驗證工作。
崗位要求：
1. 電氣工程及其自動化本科及以上學歷
2. 五年以上自動化設(shè)備維修保養(yǎng)經(jīng)歷，熟悉TPM
3. 熟悉電氣控制系統(tǒng)，包括PLC、變頻器、伺服、工控機等；具備獨立編程、修改程序的技術(shù)能力
4. 熟悉儀器儀表的校驗、選型
5. 熟悉CAD制圖，能制作電氣圖紙
