 Job purpose   1 He/she:   ? Would be the Head of ITS Industrial Deploy Program for East Asia Region (encompassing China, Japan, Vietnam and other countries in East Asia)   ? Would be based out of Shanghai, China   ? Would report to Head of Industrial ITS Industrial Deploy & Run Program, APAC, based in Hyderabad, India   Main missions   2 He/She would be in charge of managing the deployment and continuous improvement of all Sanofi ITS Industrial core models in the region including   ? ERP implementation projects (SAP Platform called Athena, designed for manufacturing processes),   ? Quality Projects (LIMS, Empower, Documentation platforms, etc.),   ? Automation projects (Weighing and Dispensing, etc.),   ? Other Sanofi core models   His/Her main missions would be as follows:      Manage Project Delivery Portfolio:   ? Responsible for overall project delivery in the region, including   o Project scoping   o Workload evaluation   o Managing costs & timelines and follow up   ? Ensure that projects delivery complies with the following parameters:   o Compliance to local   o Compliance to ITS Sanofi Methodology (PUMA), GxP guidelines and procedures   o Identify and anticipate risks, manage solutions proposals   o Ensure that there is no overrun on cost and time   o Focus on change management / user impact management with Sanofi methodology (Declic), to ensure the expected level of adoption / usage of the solution   o Focus on Master Data project stream at local level accordingly to global templates   ? Manage and adapt partners, IS and business, collect expected requirements, follow-up commitments   ? Manage transition to support on project completion      Manage Continuous Improvement:   ? Carry out periodic monitoring (surveys, questionnaires, etc.) to measure solution usage / adoption on a continuous basis   ? Execute remediation steps as necessary to make sure that expected processes are being followed   ? Conduct periodic training for users   ? Build and manage user communities as necessary   Managerial responsibilities   3   ? Manage an internal team of 4-5 project leaders / experts   ? Manage external teams as necessary to deliver projects   ? High level of interaction with the ITS Industrial Site Management and Managers for project delivery and process design / alignment   ? Build and manage user communities for various solutions      Resources (budget, investment, work team, equipment, …)   4 Shanghai, China Based   Level of independence (decision taking margin, reporting scope, …)   5   This would be a strategic position, and has a high level of independent decision making      Main professional contacts (internal / external)   6 Internal:   ? APAC Industrial ITS Teams – D&R Solution Center / Business Partners / Infrastructure (ITEC) and Compliance functions (CCS)   ? Central IS Teams   ? APAC Industrial Sites management   ? APAC Industrial site K-user   External:   ? Manage Vendor teams for delivery, as needed   Qualifications and know-how   7 Training   Qualifications and Work Experience   ? A relevant Master Degree in Technology, Engineering or Business Administration   Languages skills (Specify required level)   ? Fluent in English and Chinese, both orally and written.   ? Optional: French, Japanese would be big plus   Specific experience and knowledge   ? 12+ years experience in the IT / IS industry   ? 5+ years’ experience with Project Management from an international company   ? - 3+ years experience with Pharmaceutical domain   Essential technical skills (refer to benchmark position)   ? SAP knowledge (not an expert). Should understand the business processes being transformed into SAP solutions   ? Very sound business understanding and knowledge in Industrial controlling, Supply chain, logistic and manufacturing (one or more of these areas)   Essential behavioral competences (refer to benchmark position)   ? 7+ years experience on managing team   ? Adept at change management / transformations
