職位描述：Job Responsibility：
1. Support Category Sourcing Strategy, lead Supplier Contract negotiation and create PO to support business operation smoothly on time (Categories like Training, Headhunting, General and Admin. Services, Facility etc.).
2. Plan and execute local sourcing projects through sourcing methodologies in order to continuously improve total costs, service and quality for indirect materials & services spend in close collaboration with the stakeholders, drive total cost down and deliver cost savings.
3. Develop and implement local supplier relationship management programs for local key suppliers in order to improve continuously the local key suppliers performance to Roche in close collaboration with the stakeholders
4. Ensure uninterrupted and efficient flow of indirect materials & services for the site/affiliate while minimizing inventory
5. Develop and manage contracts ensuring that all contracts are legally adequate.
6. Ensure that execution of the projects are in compliance with the Pharma Procurement Policy, Directives, Guidelines and local Procurement SOP’s
7. Participate and support global sourcing projects and/or global supplier relationship management projects
Requirements：
At least 3 years above Procurement related experience
Category know how of the relevant categories preferred
Good price negotiation skills and contract negotiation experience
Understand the purchasing requisition to payment process,
Related procurement systems experience preferred, such as SAP, Ariba system
Good Computer skill for Window 7, Microsoft 2010 (PPT, Excel, Word)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent English written and oral capability
High degree of business ethics
