職位概述To provide a leadership in service management and business development in Pediatric orthopedic services.崗位職責(zé)1. Perform daily patient rounds, either individually, or as part of the team. Review subjective and objective findings including labs,   diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains and provide data to senior consultant surgeons when necessary.2. Provides patient education related to procedures, medications, therapeutic goals, etc.3. Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed.4. Collaborates with senior consultants in the establishment of diagnoses and treatments of therapies and discharge needs both in the inpatient and outpatient setting.5. Discontinue drains, dressing’s changes, wound assessments, staple and suture removal, cast and splint applications and removal as indicated.6. Writes daily progress notes on all inpatients.  Writes progress notes for each patient seen in clinic.7. Assesses patient’s progress through extended hospital course, utilizes available resources, and intervenes as necessary to ensure that optimal patient outcomes are achieved.8. Resource for nursing staff regarding patient care issues.9.  Staff outpatient pediatric orthopedic clinic10.  Perform independent surgery on privileged cases in consultation with the CMO11.  Assists senior consultants on pediatric orthopedic cases 12.  Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other pediatric orthopedic team and CMO15. Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee16. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Chairperson of the Department in supporting departmental goals17. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Leader/Chairperson and/or Medical Director/CMO.18. Current pediatric orthopedic practice and advanced clinical development in pediatric orthopedic.任職條件• Medical qualification from recognized institution• Wide range of clinical knowledge and skill in orthopedics• More than 10 years of clinical experience in orthopedics• Previous experience of clinical leadership would be preferred• Overseas clinical experience would be advantage• Management skill;• Communication skill;• Be able to work with the local hospitals
