Responsibility: Physician work about clinical trial. Qualification: 1. Master of Clinical Medicine or above. 2. More than 3 years of industry experiences. 3.Preferably has prior experience in hematology or cell therapy. 4.Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and excellent organizational skills. 5.The ability to lead directly and by influence, including strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills. 6.Sense of urgency and accountability for both individual and team work. 7.Ability to work in an entrepreneurial culture. Additional： Responsibilities: This position function is for relevant scientific insights of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-expressing T-cell therapy to drive investigational product development, optimize protocols for clinical trials and accelerate Investigational New Drug (IND) filing. The primary role of this job is to keep upper management informed of safety and efficacy results and provide product and field scientific support to clinical, medical and marketing as medical advisor. Effectively present information to regulators and can respond to questions, ensuring medical/scientific accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines. Actively assess the medical landscape by meeting with project managers to understand their needs and expertise. Continuously update own knowledge in treatment strategies, unmet medical needs, clinical trials and scientific activities. Collect and provide meaningful medical insights to the Contract Research Organization (CRO) to be actioned in support of the strategy development. Support the initial and ongoing medical/scientific area and product specific training and provide key scientific updates to internal stakeholders. Provide scientific medical writing and non-scientific or marketing medical writing, including translating clinical trial results, medical study findings and clinical data into presentations, regulatory documents and medical journal manuscripts for professional audiences, and also writing advertising copy, news releases and educational materials for general audiences.
