The CNIBR R&D Trainee Program recruits young talent with a Master’s degree in life sciences and offers scientific and professional training in Novartis Shanghai Campus.

Hosted by China Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (CNIBR) in Shanghai, one of the top R&D centers of Novartis globally, the CNIBR Research and Development (R&D) Trainee Program recruits young talent with a Master’s degree and offers scientific and professional training with Novartis leading scientists as mentors in the state-of-the-art Novartis Shanghai Campus.
During the two-year program, trainees will receive fundamental training that equips them with essential skills and knowledge in real-world drug discovery and perform scientific assignments with their mentors in the open and diverse lab settings.
Those who deliver a strong performance upon completion of the program will have the opportunity to apply for opening positions at CNIBR.

The ideal candidates are:

• Fresh Master graduates within 1 year post graduation

• Major in Biological Science, Medicine, Genetics or related field with average GPA above 3.0 (4.0 scale) in major courses

• Working experience in research laboratory and hands-on experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or in vitro / in vivo pharmacology, are highly desired, ideally in a cancer biology context

• Passionate in developing career in biopharmaceutical industry

• Strong learning capability and willing to concentrate on lab bench research

• Good team player and sound communication skill in English

生物醫(yī)藥研發(fā)職業(yè)生涯 從諾華啟航

諾華研發(fā)培訓(xùn)生項(xiàng)目力邀生命科學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及碩士畢業(yè)的青年人才，匯聚諾華上海園區(qū)，深入科研實(shí)踐，啟航職業(yè)生涯。

作為諾華全球頂尖的研發(fā)中心之一，諾華（中國(guó)）生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心創(chuàng)辦諾華研發(fā)培訓(xùn)生項(xiàng)目。在為期兩年的項(xiàng)目中，培訓(xùn)生將前往新近落成的世界一流的諾華上海園區(qū)深造，與諾華頂尖科學(xué)家們一起工作、交流，通過(guò)藥物研發(fā)實(shí)踐操作獲取關(guān)鍵技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，還將學(xué)習(xí)諾華前瞻的藥物研發(fā)理念和知識(shí)。項(xiàng)目期滿(mǎn)時(shí)，表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的培訓(xùn)生有機(jī)會(huì)申請(qǐng)研發(fā)中心的相關(guān)工作職位。

諾華研發(fā)培訓(xùn)生項(xiàng)目面向滿(mǎn)足以下條件的申請(qǐng)人招生：

• 畢業(yè)未滿(mǎn)一年的本科或碩士研究生

• 生物科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),專(zhuān)業(yè)課GPA高于3.0（GPA4.0制）

• 有從事分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、組織學(xué)、體外/體內(nèi)藥理學(xué)領(lǐng)域科研實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的申請(qǐng)人可優(yōu)先考慮

• 以生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)作為職業(yè)發(fā)展方向

• 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，有志于投身實(shí)驗(yàn)室科研

• 具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力
